How do I report a bug?

If you encountered a technical issue, a bug of any kind, or you simply suspect that the Forex Academy app is not behaving as expected, we would appreciate it if you’d let us know. 

You can report a bug directly to our customer support by sending an email to this email address: [e-mail].

It really helps when you provide us with a detailed description of the situation, specifying your device model, username, and what action you were taking when the issue occurred. If you managed to catch the bug with a screenshot, you are truly our hero! Don’t forget to attach it to your bug report.

We collect bug reports sent by users as they help us improve our product as well as your personal user experience. 

Your email may not always get a personalized reply, but we assure you that all bug reports are monitored and taken care of by our developers' team.
