How can I request a refund?

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable. There are also no refunds for partially used subscription periods. 

It is up to the discretion of the processor (Google Play, in our case) to successfully process the refund request.

If you’d like a refund for the Forex Academy Premium subscription, please make sure you cancel your current subscription first. Once you do that, just follow these steps:

1. On your computer, follow the instructions here.
2. Confirm your Google Play account.
3. Find the order you want to return.
4. Select "Request a refund "or "Report a problem" and choose the option that describes your situation.
5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
6. You will see a message saying "Thank you for sharing your concerns." Later you will receive an email about your refund (it can take up to 4 business days).
